Breaking Free
I have fought this battle for years
Desperately cried out to You
You saw my falling tears
Many times I said "Your will be done."
But I got frustrated
When this plead is undone
I got confused
Was in the state of paranoia
Which was divine?
Which was human?
I was lost in many instances
Lured of taking false chances
Why am I making myself imprisoned?
Of this battle I don't understand its reason?
When You are there waiting for me
To set myself free
Ever willing to fight for my war
Certainly win and give me my "star"
I am breaking myself free
So I could see clearly
What's ahead and in store for me
The star beyond my imagination
So bright and big
More than enough to give me redemption
